Ernest Earl Box

A memorial service and visitation are scheduled for 6 to 8 p.m. Friday March 25, 2011 at Memorial Funeral Chapel in Bryan.

Ernest was born October 29, 1967 in Bryan, to Raymond and Helen Bates Box. He graduated from Bryan High School then from Texas A&M University in 2008. He served in the United States Marine Corp and worked as facilities manager for dining services at Texas A&M.

He loved fishing, hunting, and woodworking. He was an outdoor guy and enjoyed riding the open road, often riding with the B-CS Jericho Riders.

Most of all, he loved his children and his family.

He is survived by his son, Dalton Box of College Station; two daughters, Heather Sowder and husband Tyler of Killeen, and Jennifer Bohn and husband, Shawn, of College Station; sisters, Tina Bliss and husband, Gordon, of Crosby, and Diane Cone of LaMarque; granddaughters, Cheyenne and Jolene Sowder and Cassidy Bohn; Kristine Box of College Station; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and nieces and nephews.
