Carl "Bud" Teague

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday January 10 at Memorial Funeral Chapel in Bryan. Entombment will follow at Msgr. Gleissner Mausoleum in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 – 6 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.

Carl was born October 4, 1924 in Gainesville, Texas the son of John Abner and Martha Leo (Chandler) Teague. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University ‘46. Carl served our county in the U.S. Army during WWII. He was the owner of Athena Constructors. Carl was a member of First United Methodist Church in Bryan.

Carl is preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Rosetta Teague of Bryan; sons and daughters-in-law, Kenneth and Alicia Teague of Phoenix, AZ; David and Cynthia Teague of Houston; daughter and son-in-law, Susan and Eric Smith of Hutto; brothers, Ab Teague of Dallas and Bill Teague of Shreveport, LA; grandchildren, Blake Smith, Caroline Smith, Austin Teague, Michael Teague and Ashley Teague; and one great-grandson, Zeke Smith.
