Ashley Marie Lenz

Ashley Marie Lenz, 20, entered into rest on September 24, 2011. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 28, 2011 at Memorial Funeral Chapel in Bryan, with the Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 11:00 a.m., Thursday, September 29, 2011 at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Rest-Ever Memorial Park.

Ashley was born October 8, 1990 in Bryan, the daughter of Walter B. Lenz, Sr. and Nancy (Ballew) Lenz. She loved being outdoors, fishing, backroading with her brothers, and just being with her family and friends. Ashley was attending Blinn and worked at Gage Gandy Bail Bonds.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Charles and Veronica Ballew, her aunt, Janie Ballew Matejka and a cousin, Amy Ballew.

Survivors include her parents, Walter and Nancy Lenz; three brothers, Walter Lenz, Jr. and his wife Kristin, Christopher Lenz and Joshua Lenz; grandparents, James & Susie Lenz; Artherine Newton; two nieces and a nephew, Natalie Marie Lenz, Tori Shae Lenz and Nathan Avery Lenz; uncles, Charles Ballew, Jr., Sam Ballew & his wife Gayla, Terry Ballew & his wife Cynthia, Cody Lenz and James Lenz, Jr.; aunts, Elaine Anderson, Brenda Spradling, Amy Lenz, Beth German and numerous cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in Ashley memory at First Convenience Bank in the Bryan Walmart.
