Rose Marie Brown

Rose Marie Brown, 56, of Brunswick, died Friday, July 5, 2013 at her residence. A memorial service will be held 11AM Thursday, July 13, 2013 at Glyndale Baptist church with Rev. Ken Creekmore and Rev. Michael Smith officiating. A private interment will take place in Palmetto Cemetery.

Born May 12, 1957 on Portsmouth Naval Base, Virginia to Robert N Brown Sr. and Marvel Louise G. Brown, she had resided in Glynn County for most of her life. She was an Auto Inspector with IAP and was a member of Glyndale Baptist Church. She enjoyed Bible Study, fishing and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert N. Brown, Sr., two brothers Marlin and Richard and sisters Louise and Njoni.

Survivors include her children, Kristy M. Sumner and husband Cleo of Brunswick, and Robin Franklin and wife Tori their daughter Rihanna of Claxton, her mother, Marvel Brown of Brunswick, three brothers, Rodney Brown and wife Megan and their son Robert, Sheppard Green and fiancée Denise, and Robert Neal Brown and wife Betty, all of Brunswick, several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

The family will be receiving friends and family Thursday morning July 11, 2013 from 10AM -11AM before the service at Glyndale Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers donations may be given to the family to help with final expenses.
