Paul James Wilson

Mr. Wilson is a native of Youngstown, OH born the 18th of July 1934, to the late Vernon and Jean Wilson. He had been a resident of Glynn County since 1984, and is a veteran of the United States Air Force serving in Korea. Mr. Wilson is a retired Air Traffic Controller and a millwright. He is a member of the Emanuel Baptist Church. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. He leaves behind many fond memories that will be cherished by all.

In addition to Mr. Wilson’s parents he is preceded in death by his brother, Eugene Kent Wilson, and a baby sister.

Survivors include his wife Sharon Wilson of Brunswick, GA; his children Patrick James Wilson of Brunswick, GA; Rebecca Wilson Murphey of Savannah, GA; Debra Wilson Brown of Houston, TX; and Eric James Wilson, of Kernersville, NC; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two stepchildren Elizabeth Kennedy of Middleburg, FL, and Tracy Reinmuth of Alton, MO; a brother Edward H. Wilson of Austintown, OH; and his large extended family.

Family request memorial contributions be made to Emanuel Baptist Church, 1010 Old Jesup Road, Brunswick, GA 31520 in his honor.
