Pam is survived by the love of her life, husband of 30 years, Wayne Melton; two sons, Cole Avery and Quinn Everett; a sister Kim Johnston (Jim), a brother, David, her in-laws who were like parents, Wayne Sr. and Joann Melton; brother and sister in law, Chris and Jennifer Dillmann, Uncle and Aunt, Denny and LouAnn Silva, stepmother Dottie Utz, stepsister Jan Powell, stepbrother Stan Powell, and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents Richard Lloyd and Mary Clarice Silva Utz.
Pam was born December 10, 1969 in Brunswick, Georgia. She attended St. Francis Xavier School and Brunswick High School. She graduated from Brunswick College and Georgia Southern University with a degree in Accounting. Pam began her career with her Uncle Denny Silva, where she worked for many years as a CPA, until opening her own accounting firm, Coastal Georgia CPA’s. Pam was an active member of First Baptist Church for many years.
Pam’s entire world was her family. She loved her family and friends extravagantly and deeply. For Pam, the simple things of life made her happy - her dogs, a sunset or sunrise, riding in her jeep, watching football, and sitting at the ocean. Pam lived life well and she leaves a legacy full of love to her family and friends.
A celebration of life will be held Tuesday, November 22nd at 11:00am at First Baptist Church, Brunswick. Friends and family will be received after the celebration of life.
