Linda Richards Taylor

Linda Richards Taylor, 79, of St. Simons Island, departed this life Saturday, May 22, 2021 at Hospice of The Golden Isles. A memorial service will be conducted at 10AM Friday, May 28, 2021 in the chapel of Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home with Dr. Wright Culpepper officiating.

Born June 8, 1941 in Atlanta, Georgia to the late William Franklin and Mary H. Richards. She was a former fashion clothing model for Rich’s and Davison’s Department Stores in Atlanta. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Decatur. Mrs. Taylor enjoyed playing bridge with her friends, spending time with her canine companion Maggie and also spending time with her family. She had been a resident of Glynn County for the past 30 years. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her Husband, William Harman Taylor, Jr.

Survivors include her son, Richard H. Taylor, Attorney and Wife Angel of St. Simons Island, and two grown grandsons, Robert H. Taylor and Wesley H. Taylor.
