Kevin Joseph Misner, age 23, of St. Simons Island, died Friday, March 13, 2015. A memorial service will be held Saturday at 11:00 am in the Chapel of Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home with Reverend Jimmy Crandall officiating.
Kevin worked as a kennel attendant at the Humane Society of South Coastal Georgia and was a student at Coastal Pines Technical College, enrolled in the welding program. He was also a member of The Golden Isles Hammerheads Rugby team. He thoroughly enjoyed playing Xbox games, but enjoyed spending time with family and friends even more.
He is survived by his parents, Jeff and Karen Misner of St. Simons Island; two sisters, Tracy Misner of Houston, TX and Kelly Russell and her husband, McLean and their daughter, Riley of San Antonio, TX; paternal grandmother, Patricia Misner of Rancho Bernardo, CA; and maternal grandfather, Joseph Finneran of Escondido, CA.
