Funeral Services will be held at 12 pm Tuesday, June 15, 2021 in the chapel of Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home with Pastor Rick Williams officiating. Interment will follow in Palmetto Cemetery with Brian Wooten, Daniel Wooten, Jonathan Beard, Matthew Mistisshen, Chris Keller, and Dustin Gatch serving as pallbearers.

Born May 24, 2001 in Brunswick to Russell Wayne Dugger and Laura Elizabeth Knowles, she was an Honor Graduate from Brunswick High School Class of 2019. Miss Dugger also attended College of Coastal Georgia. She was a lifelong resident of Brunswick and enjoyed spending time at Kingsley Lake in Florida with her sisters. She enjoyed boating, singing, spending time with her family and enjoying life to the fullest. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Russell Lawrence Dugger, Lawrence and Joann Dugger, and paternal great grandfather Grier Gatch.

Survivors include her parents Laura Knowles and husband Michael, and Russell Dugger and Elizabeth Roberts all of Brunswick, two sisters, Madison Hall and Claire Dugger, maternal grandparents, Joyce and Johnny Harper, paternal grandparents, Bob and Lydia O’Donnell, maternal great grandparents, Julian and Leona Wooten, and paternal great grandmother, Shirley Gatch, several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
