Joseph was born January 12, 1970 in Nashville, Tennessee the son of Farris Harper Clinard III and Sybil Hillis. He was a graduate of McIntosh Academy and was a member of Local 25, International Union of Operating Engineers. He was also a member of At. Andrew’s Episcopal Church. He loved music and enjoyed playing his guitar. Joseph was a people person that never met a stranger. He was a generous man that was known as the loving giant teddy bear. He also had an infectious smile that could light up any room. He loved to spend time with his family and friends. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Left to cherish Joseph’s memories are his two sons, Daniel Clinard of Townsend, GA and Jamie Clinard of Naples, FL; his mother, Sybil Hillis of Valona, GA; his father, Farris Harper Clinard III from Fairview, TN; also a sister, Perry White of Townsend, GA. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Joseph leaves a multitude of friends behind to join his family in paying tribute to a life well lived.
