

Jimmy R. Fullard, Sr., 73, of Brunswick, died Sunday, September 9, 2012 at his residence. Funeral services will be held 11AM Wednesday, September 12, 2012 in the chapel of Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Jack Pickren officiating. Interment will follow at 3PM in Woodlawn Cemetery in Waycross with Ray Fullard III, Rocky Smith, Corey Lee, Colby Lee, Caleb Smith, Gavin Smith, and Chuck Aldridge serving as pallbearers.
Born October 15, 1938 in Ware County, Georgia to the late Mose M. and Mary W. Fullard, he had been a resident of Glynn County for the past 50 years. Mr. Fullard retired from Brunswick Pulp and Paper and was a former member of Community Lighthouse Baptist Church. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Armo Jean Fullard, a granddaughter, Mindy Smith Underwood, brothers, Benny C. Fullard, Billy M. Fullard, and Larry Fullard.
Survivors include a son, Jimmy R. Fullard Jr. and wife Stephanie of Brunswick, two daughters, Lisha R. Jones and husband Wayne of St. Simons Island, and Cathy Lee and husband Gary of Brunswick, seven grandchildren, Carrie A. Smith, Rocky Smith, Polly Fullard Dixon, Ray Fullard III, Colby Lee, Corey Lee, and Caitlin Lee, seven great grandchildren, four brothers in law, Angus Aldridge, Dalton Aldridge, Don Aldridge, and Charles Aldridge, Sr., four sisters in law Irvaleen Butler, Lois Fullard, Eleanor Fullard, and Allie Mae Fullard.
The family will receive friends Wednesday morning September 12, 2012 from 9:30AM until the funeral hour at Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of the Golden Isles. www.edomillerandsons.com
