Javier was born in Brunswick the son of Mary E. Cordova and Jose Cordova. He was a lifelong resident of Brunswick, GA. He was an avid skateboarder and writer, he always found his peaceful solitude by escaping writing or skateboarding. He was also a jack of all trades and could accomplish almost anything. Javier loved to spend time with his family and friends. He would stand up for anyone and will be remembered as a protector. He will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Left to cherish Javier’s memories are, his mom, Mary E. Cordova of Brunswick, GA; and his father, Jose Cordova of Mexico; his two sisters, Je’Mya Brown and Karina Cordova-Mobley both of Brunswick, GA; an Aunt and Uncle, Sandra and Sim Taylor; nephews, Drey Brown and Jeremiah Edwards; and a host of others. Javier was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Thelma and Wilson Mobley.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, April 24, 2021 at Bay Harbour Church of God with Rev. John Harris Jr. officiating.
