Janet Williams Corey

Janet "Jan" Corey, 82, left to meet her Savior on March 6, 2023 in Brunswick, Georgia after an extended illness. She was born on October 23, 1940 to Irvin Williams and Marian E. Burns in Erie County Pennsylvania.

She is survived by a loving husband, Gary R. Corey, Sr., numerous siblings, her sons Dave Brown, and Matt Pieri, daughters, Patti Marat and Terri Kyaner and grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Jan was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed pottery, sewing, and assorted craft making ideas. She was an excellent cook and enjoyed cooking for her family and watching their joy when they sat down to a meal she had prepared. She loved flowers and her collection of baby dolls. She especially enjoyed going to church and spending time with her friends and family. orely missed by all. But, our loss is the Kingdom's glory and we know that we will see her again.

A celebration of her life is planned for March 11, 2023 at 1:p.m.. at Blythe Island Baptist Church, 170 Cut Off Road in Brunswick, Georgia.
