Fredrick Charles Brown

Mr. Brown was a native of Los Angles, California and had been a resident of Brunswick for the past 11 years. He was a graduate of Jones College in Jacksonville, Fl. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army in the Vietnam Conflict.

Survivors are his two sisters, Kathleen Gordy (Charles) of Blythe Island, and Karen Brown of Mooreshead, N.C., the brothers, Jeff Brown (Debbie) of Florida and David Brown (Ginger) and Scott Brown (Sheree) both of Atlanta, Ga., his mother, Beverly Smith (Carl) of Atlanta, Ga., niece, Tina Lyons and nephew, Jamie Gordy (Angie) both of Brunswick, and several great nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 AM Tuesday 7/19/11 in the Blythe Island Baptist Church with Rev. Tim Brown officiating. Interment will follow in Palmetto Cemetery with military honors at the Graveside.

The family will receive friends in the Church from 10:00 till 11:00 AM Tuesday 7/19/11 and request those wishing may make contributions to the Blythe Island Church.
