David Lee Plowman, age 59, of Hampton, Virginia passed away on Wednesday, January 17, 2024.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl Lee Plowman and Rosa Carol Cooper Ogburn.

Left to cherish his memory, his wife, Dona Jean, son, Michael and brother, Sonny.

David loved the outdoors and was dedicated to our sunflowers and his dogs.

David was a organ donor, selflessly gave, so others could live. He will be loved and missed, forever.
