Dale Rozier

Lerenda Dale Rozier, 59, of Darien, GA passed away Monday, July 28, 2014, at her residence. A funeral service will be held 11 AM with visitation one hour prior to service 10 AM – 11 AM, Thursday July 31, 2014 at South Newport Baptist Church with Pastor Eric Grissino officiating. Cremation will follow the service at Oglethorpe Crematorium. Serving active pallbearers will be Ben Hope, DeWayne Bradham, Brian Vickers, Mike Young, Steve Keen, Paul Keen, Aaron Wallace, and John Wallace.

Mrs. Rozier was born in Brunswick, GA on April 2, 1955 to the late Robert Keen and Betty Jean Cauley Young. She was a lifelong resident of McIntosh County and a member of the South Newport Baptist Church. Mrs. Rozier loved her family and her beloved dogs. She was a beautiful piano player. Mrs. Rozier most enjoyed hobbies were fishing, hunting, crafting, and painting.

In addition to her father Mr. Robert Keen, Mrs. Rozier is preceded in death by her son Carl R. Williams, Jr.

She is survived by her husband Joey Rozier of Darien, GA; two daughters Rhonda Bradham (Dewayne) of Darien,GA and Amanda Hope (Ben) of Shellman Bluff, GA; four grandchildren Amber and Cameron Hope,Tyler and Carson Bradham; her mother Betty Young (Jerry) of Harris Neck, GA; sister Gale Wallace of Meridian, GA; two brothers Mike Young of Harris Neck, GA and Steve Keen of South Newport, GA and several nieces and nephews.
