Chuck was born on April 7, 1961 to Charles Sr. and Charlotte Stevens. He served in the Army National Guard for 17 years then went on to being a semi truck driver where he continued for 31 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, John.
Chuck is survived by his wife, Lorie Stevens; three children, Charles III and Stephanie (former wife, Tera), Melissa (Mikey) and Megan (former wife Rachel); a brother, Phillip Stevens; step-children, Michelle, Matthew, Ashland and Haley; 8 grandchildren and one the way, and lots of other family and friends.
