Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 13, 2015 in the Chapel of Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home with Reverend Tyler Griffis officiating, with the family receiving friends one hour prior to service time 10 a.m. - 11 a.m. Interment following the service in Palmetto East Cemetery.
Serving active pallbearers will be Donald “Donnie” Gandy, Ronnie Marshall, Matthew Marshall, Paul Mulling, III, Raymond Visconti,II, Daniel Thomas, and Brandon Faircloth.
Honorary pallbearers will be Ray Visconti, Sr., Jeffery Terrell, Lee Wilkerson, and Author Higgins.
Mr. Fagan is a lifelong resident of Brunswick, GA., born March 16, 1957, son of the late Charles Richard Fagan and Margie Elouise Wiggins Fagan He attended High School in Marietta, GA, where he was a member of the ROTC, and the School Board Patrol. Mr. Fagan was a Butcher by trade working at Winn-Dixie for 10 years prior to completing his career with Harvey’s Grocery. He also was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where he was ordained to the office of Priest in the Aaronic Priesthood.
In addition to his father he is preceded in death by his brother, Daniel Richard Fagan; his grand-parents James and Hazel Fagan, Paul and Verdie Wiggins.
Mr. Fagan is survived by his loving wife Gaynell Hassler Fagan; daughter, Haley E. Fagan (Brandon) of Brunswick, GA; Son; Ryan Stanley Fagan of Brunswick, GA; grand-child, Hunter Charles Douglas; expecting grandchild Brailey Jade both of Brunswick, GA; mother, Margie Elouise Wiggins Fagan of Brunswick, GA; sisters, Donna Fagan Marshall (Ronnie) of Blythe Island, GA, Patricia Fagan (Ben) of Jasper, GA, Julie Fagan Terrell (Jeffery) of Byron, Ga. Mr. Fagan is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other family members thru out the South.
