Brenda Naomi Cross

There will never be another like her. Brenda had the ability to light up and cause a commotion in almost every room that she entered! She had a child-like joy, love in her heart and a hug and a kiss for everyone she met.

Brenda loved Bingo, Walmart, Elvis Presley, the Dollar Tree, Christmas inflatables, Dolly Parton and the thought of one day “finding me a pulp mill man!”

She was preceded in death by her father, Willie S. Boyd; mother, Sallie Mae Boyd; her brothers, Billy Boyd and Donald Boyd; and a sister, Gloria Westberry.

Brenda went to Heaven on the morning of November 9th, after a short illness. Left to cherish her memory are her nieces, Donna Varnell, Debbie Williamson, Lynn Paseur; a nephew, Mike Boyd; and very special friends who loved her so much and her beloved puppy companion, "Baby".

A celebration of life service to honor Brenda will be held at a later date.
