Benjamin "Ben" David Gardner

Benjamin “Ben” David Gardner, 34, of Darien, passed away Sunday, January 28, 2024 at his residence. A Celebration of Life will be conducted at 11 am Saturday, February 17, 2024 at Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home.

Ben was born February 17, 1989 in Charleston, SC to David W. Gardner and Vicky Lynn Anderson both of Darien. He was a certified Merchant Marine and worked in construction and electrical industries. He was currently enrolled in Coastal College for HVAC certification. Ben was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was known for his outgoing personality and sense of humor. He will be forever loved and cherished by his family and many friends. He was preceded in death by his sister, Rebecca Gardner.

Survivors include his daughter, Alliahnna “Alli” Ingram of Darien, his parents, a sister Victoria Rose Cartrette of Jacksonville, maternal grandparents, Ralph and Daisy Smith of Eastman, GA, nieces Madison Vincent and Makiaya Howle of Yulee, FL, Zoe and Scarlett Cartrette of Jacksonville, FL, great niece, Aubrey Vincent, great nephew, Nolan Vincent, Colton and Easton Howle all of Yulee, FL, and stepsister, Kristen Burch of Darien.
