Alexis Ann Altman Mizell

Alexis Ann Altman Mizell, 62, of Brunswick, passed away Friday July 16, 2010 at the St. Joseph Candler Hospital in Savannah, GA. Alexis was born September 25, 1947 in Waycross, GA to Kola Grace Altman and the late Harold Altman. She had been a resident of Brunswick most of her life, and attended the Advent Christian Church in Brunswick.

A funeral services will be conducted 3 pm Monday July 19, 2010 in the chapel of Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home in Brunswick, GA., with interment in Rob Lewis Cemetery in Raybon, GA. Serving as active pallbearers are Ronnie Wilson, Marshall Peacock, Mark Newman, Cody Strickland, and Jerry Altman.

The family will receive friends Monday July 19, 2010 from 2 pm until 3 pm at Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home in Brunswick, GA.

In addition to Alexis’s father she is preceded in death by her brother Randy Altman.

Alexis is survived by her two daughters, Angela Strickland and Melissa Curtis both of Brunswick, GA her mother Kola Grace Altman of Brunswick, GA a granddaughter Jennifer Swindall of Palm Coast, FL, two sisters Donna Blackmon, and Debra Altman both of Brunswick, GA two brothers Jeff and David Altman both of Brunswick, GA and several nieces and nephews.
