Teresa F. Alvarado was a loving sister, aunt and friend. She was a faithful servant of God. Her favorite activity was to travel and spend time with family and gardening. Her beautiful smile and laughter brightened the darkest room. She was a strong and independent woman. She will be missed by her siblings, nephews and nieces.
Teresa is survived by daughter Paula Rihani (Nail); and daughter Maria Hervey; brother Enrique Alvarado (Elvira), brother Juan Alvarado (Mary), brother Salvador Alvarado (Lourdes †), brother Roberto Alvarado (Juanita †), brother J. Jesus Alvarado (Rosa), brother Clemente Alvarado and brother Joel Alvarado.
Teresa was preceded in death by father J. Jesus Alvarado † and mother Maria F. Alvarado †.
A visitation for Teresa will be held Sunday, May 23, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria del Angel Buena Vista in Chapel of Angels, 125 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas 78521. A chapel service will occur Monday, May 24, 2021 at 9:00 AM, 125 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas 78521. Followed by a burial at Buena Vista Burial Park, 5 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas 78521.
