Born in Brownsville medical hospital and raised in Brownsville, Texas. Graduated from Homer Hannah High School in 1992. Served in the military Army branch. A Dallas cowboy fan with a passion to playing pool and traveling when possible. Someone seeked by many to socialize with or be asked for advice from. He would not hesitate to aid you. A father figure to many. A representation of a good man. Someone who can never be replaced and who took a piece of everyone's heart, that he ever met, to heaven with him.
Santiago is survived by his mother: Maria Angelica Rodriguez; his children: Kayla Rodriguez, Santiago Rodriguez and Leilani Rodriguez; his granddaughter: Jordin Rodriguez.
Santiago was preceded in death by his grandparents: Juan P. Rodriguez † and Celia Morales Rodriguez †, his Godparents: Jesus Morales † and Maria Concepcion Morales †, and his cousin: Sandra Rodriguez †.
A visitation for Santiago will be held Saturday, October 5, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM with a Chapel Service commencing at 6:30 PM and a Rosary at 7:00 PM in Chapel of Angels at Funeraria del Angel Buena Vista, 125 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas 78521.
