Survived by his spouse Anita Martinez and 6 children Jorge Alberto (Elizabeth) Martinez of Austin, Tx, Monica (Jerry) Salazar of McAllen, Tx, Veronica Martinez (Jose Cerrillo) of Edinburg, Tx., Anna-Christina Cameron of Harlingen, Tx, Arianna (James) Moody of Houston, Tx., and Anna-Alicia Martinez (Benjamin Esquivel) of Harlingen, Tx. And his 15 grand-children: Christopher and Aidan Torres and Brisa Carreon / Andres Martinez / Jose-Daniel, Roman, Jolicia, and Noah Rojas / Kylie-Anne and Jace Cameron / Lilianna and Graciela Salazar / Oliver, Olivia and Owen Moody.

A visitation will be held Sunday, May 7, 2023 from 1pm - 9pm with a rosary at 7pm in Chapel of Peace at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista. A mass will be held Monday, May 8, 2023 at 10am at Immaculate Conception Cathedral Catholic Church followed by a burial at Buena Vista Burial Park.
