Martha Alicia Fuentes

She was an amazing person who loved gardening, a person who was willing to give everything to others. A loving mother and grandmother and great grandmother.

Martha is survived by her daughter Mary Ann Aguilar; her son Federico Fuentes (Marina); her daughter Martha A. Hernandez (Arturo); her son Alberto Fuentes; her daughter Ynes Fuentes; and her daughter Yolanda Fuentes.

Martha was preceded in death by her husband Fransisco Fuentes†; her son Fidencio Fuentes†; her grandson Mateo A. Fuentes†, her grandfather Tiburcio Hernandez†, and her grandmother Adela Hernandez†.

She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

A visitation for Martha will be held Wednesday, June 7, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 12:00 AM with a rosary at 7:00 PM in Chapel of Angels at Funeraria del Angel Buena Vista, 125 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas 78521. A continued visitation will occur Thursday, June 8, 2023 from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM with a chapel service at 10:00 AM in Chapel of Angels, 125 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas 78521. Followed by a burial at 11:00 AM at Buena Vista Burial Park, 5 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas 78521.

Serving as pallbearers are Rey Gonzalez Jr., Rolando Gonzalez, Roy Gonzalez, Federico Fuentes Jr., Alberto Fuentes, Fransisco Fuentes, Federico Fuentes and Randy Fuentes.
