Maria loved cooking, watching movies and TV shows. She also liked sports such as baseball and football, Houston Astros and Green Bay Packers. Maria also loved to travel and go to new places. She enjoyed trying different restaurants.
Maria is survived by her husband Noe Treviño Sr., son Noe Treviño Jr. (Sandra L. Claudio), son Hugo Cesar Treviño, son Armando Treviño, grandson Adan B. Treviño (Martha Fergusson).
Maria was preceded in death by her father Armando Cepeda Martinez and her mother Antonia Ramos Mendiola, sister Josefina Rodriguez, sister Maria Antonia Cepeda, brother Jose Armando Cepeda Ramos and sister Olga Lucio.
A visitation for Maria will be held Wednesday, August 2, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 12:00 AM Thursday, August 3, 2023 in Chapel of Peace at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista, 125 McDavitt Blvd., Brownsville, TX 78521. A continued visitation will occur Thursday, August 3, 2023 from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM in Chapel of Peace at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista, 125 McDavitt Blvd., Brownsville, TX 78521. A mass will occur Thursday, August 3, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 1200 Lincoln St., Brownsville, TX 78521 followed by a burial at 3:00 PM at Buena Vista Burial Park, 5 McDavitt Blvd., Brownsville, TX 78521.
