Maria loved dancing and spending time in her garden. She will always be remembered by her delicious flour tortillas that she always prepared for her grandchildren. Maria loved family gatherings. She was dearly loved by her family and will forever be missed.
Maria is survived by her son Humberto Saldivar (Elida); grandchild Elizabeth S. Nollet, grandchild Humberto Saldivar Jr., grandchild Edward J. Saldivar, grandchild Ruben Saldivar, grandchild Janie Saldivar, grandchild Omar Saldivar and grandchild Luis Saldivar Jr..
Maria was preceded in death by her husband Cayetann Saldivar; son Luis Saldivar.
Maria R. Saldivar also leaves 17 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren to cherish her memory.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, October 28, 2020 from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a Rosary at 7 p.m. in Chapel Of Angels at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista. Chapel Service will be held Thursday, October 29, 2020 at 1 p.m. in Chapel Of Angels at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista located at 125 McDavitt Blvd., Brownsville, Texas 78521, followed by a Burial at 2 p.m. at Buena Vista Burial Park located at 5 McDavitt Blvd., Brownsville, Texas 78521.
