Maria is survived by her Children: Florestela Schnabl (Larry Schnabl) and Alma Morales Garica (Juan Bojorquez); her sister: Bonifacia Cruz Perez; her grandchildren: Amy Cervantes (Alejandro Balleza), Jenifer Schnabl, Ryan Schnabl and Hailey Schnabl.

Maria was preceded in death by her husband: Jesus Flores †; her children: Luis Rey Perez †, Patricia Flores † and Sandra Cervantes †.

A visitation for Maria will be held Friday, April 11, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM in Chapel of Peace, at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista, 125 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, TX 78521. A mass will occur Saturday, April 12, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe, 1200 Lincoln St, Brownsville, Texas 78521. A burial will occur Saturday, April 12, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Buena Vista Burial Park, 5 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas 78521.
