Maria de la Paz Bretz

Maria is survived by her husband, Juan H. Lugo; her daughters Mariana Gutierrez (Mario) and Elizabeth Bretz (Juan); her grandchildren Mario A. Gutierrez II, Kristian A. Gutierrez, Jonathan A. Gutierrez, Kellyna K. Olivares and Jianluca Olivares.

Maria was preceded in death by her father Luis Nava † and her mother Porfiria Muñoz †.

A mass for Maria will be held Monday, January 8, 2024 at 12:00 PM at Our Lady of Guadalupe, 1200 Lincoln St, Brownsville, Texas 78521. Following the mass will be a burial at 1:00 PM at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens, 4464 Old Port Isabel Road, Brownsville, TX.

Serving as pallbearers are Mario A. Gutierrez, Mario A. Gutierrez II, Krisitan A. Gutierrez, Jonathan A. Gutierrez, Juan M. Olivares and Jianluca M. Olivares.
