Lucila was the best daughter, wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Lucila was a great woman, always strong to care and protect her family. She always thought of her family before herself until the last moment of her life. She always gave all her love to her family and that is why all her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and other relatives love her. We all have beautiful memories of her and that is why she will always remain alive in our hearts. Her departure leaves us a great void but without a doubt, she left us thousands of teachings, love and memories that will live forever in our hearts.
Lucila is survived by her son Adan De La Cruz, daughter Lucila Martinez, son Efrain De La Cruz, daughter Patricia Banda, daughter Eva De La Cruz, daughter in law Ana De La Cruz, daughter in law Norma De La Cruz, son in law Leonel Martinez, son in law Emidio Banda, granddaughter Adriana De La Cruz, grandson Adan De La Cruz, grandson Alejandro De La Cruz, granddaughter Aracely De La Cruz, grandson Gilberto Martinez, granddaughter Annabell Martinez, grandson Leonardo Martinez, grandson Manuel De La Cruz, grandson Alfredo De La Cruz, grandson Eduardo De La Cruz, grandson Anthony De La Cruz, granddaughter Dalia De La Cruz, grandson Efrain De La Cruz, granddaughter Monica De Leon, granddaughter Abigail Banda, granddaughter Lucila Banda, grandson Bryan Banda, granddaughter Karla Lopez, grandson Hector Lopez, granddaughter Yvette Lopez and grandson Carlos Lopez.
Lucila was preceded in death by her loving husband Adan De La Cruz and son Manuel De La Cruz.
A visitation for Lucila will be held Sunday, July 31, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 12:00 AM Monday, August 1, 2022 at Funeraria Del Angel Rose Lawn. A chapel service will occur at 2:00 PM and a rosary at 7:00 PM on Sunday, July 31, 2022 at Funeraria Del Angel Rose Lawn located at 4464 Old Port Isabel Rd., Brownsville, TX., 78526.
