Leopoldo Perez entered into eternal rest Sunday, October 9, 2022 at the age of 96. He was born in Brownsville, Texas to Manuel Perez and Anita Perez on March 20, 1926.

He was an Army Veteran during WWII. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather.

He is preceded in death by his wife Tila of 60 years, his parents, 2 sisters and 3 brothers.

He is survived by his children; Christy Gutierrez (José Angel), Grace Carmona (Robert), Rose Del Rio (Ernesto), Leo Perez Jr. (Sonia), Carmen P. Scrutchin (Kenneth), Lilly Herrera (Pasqual).

He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, October 13, 2022 from 3pm - 9pm with a rosary at 7pm in Chapel of Peace. A chapel service will be held on Friday, October 14, 2022 at 12pm in Chapel of Peace followed by a burial at Buena Vista Burial Park.
