Julio Noe Serrano, 42, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, September 26, 2013, in the city of Brownsville, Texas.
Mr. Serrano leaves his father, Julio Serrano; his mother, Ma. Del Carmen Serrano; older brothers, Mario Serrano, Henry Serrano; only sister Pearl Karen Serrano; long-time girlfriend, Claudia Reyes; numerous nieces and nephews to cherish his memory.
Visitation will be held today, Saturday, Sep. 28, 2013 from 4pm – 11pm with a prayer service at 7pm at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista.
