Juan Manuel was a great man, father, and grandfather. He worked for the BISD Transportation Department as a bus driver for two years. He loved his job and the students of BISD. He was an avid golfer and musician. Juan Manuel retired after many years with Sea Garden Sales.
Mr. Lopez is preceded in death by his parents, Refugia Perez Lopez and Roman Lopez; first wife, Mary Celina Santillana Lopez; brothers, Samuel, Abel, and Salomon; niece, Nora Alicia Lopez; and his nephews, Samuel Lopez Jr. and David Lopez.
Juan Manuel is survived by his wife, Audelia Lopez; children, Denise (Pete) Saldaña, Juan M. (Christina) Lopez Jr., Eduardo (Analu) Lopez, and Jaime Daniel (Melinda) Lopez; stepdaughter, Liza (Eduardo) Tapia; brothers, Roman Lopez, Ruben Lopez, Daniel Lopez, and Ernesto Lopez; sisters, Amanda Lerma, Rosa Campos, and Yolanda Zamora; and his grandchildren, Jimmy Limon, Lizzette Saldaña, Justin Lopez, Kayla Lopez, Leah Lopez, Lauren Lopez, James Christian Lopez, Natalee Coburn, Bianka Tapia, and Galilea Tapia; and numerous step grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2015 from 11:00a.m. to 9:00p.m. with a Rosary to be conducted at 7:00p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista.
Chapel Service will be held Thursday, Feb. 26, 2015 at 10:00a.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista, concluding all services.
