Jojo was a kindhearted and intelligent man.
He always had  a smile and a story.

I’m sad beyond words to just learn of Tex’s passing.  My husband and I loved him like a son.  Our family was blessed to know him since he was 16 years old when our son Wes met him in Boy Scouts.  They became fast friends and he spent a lot of time in our home.  There were times when he wore me out from laughing at his crazy stories and antics.  Rest In Peace, Tex. I'd known Joe since Kindergarten at Sacred Heart in Brownsville. We went to grade school and high school together. We affectionately called him "Tex." I was deeply saddened to learn of his death. May the Lord Bless and Keep Tex close to his heart.
