Joe Lee Vega was known by loved ones and close friends as “Baby Joe”. Baby Joe was a quiet child but his deep brown eyes and smile said it all. He loved pancakes which his grandma and great grandma would cook for him. He liked to play outdoors with his cousins. He liked to rap and dance. His dream was to be a soldier once he graduated from school, but now he’s one of God’s little angel soldiers. He will be greatly missed.
Joe Lee is survived by his loving mother, Gloria J. Barrera; step-father, David Herevia; siblings, Kaylee Moreno, Israel Arredondo, and Lexis Lee Vega; maternal grandparents, Sonia B. Treviño and Juan M. Treviño; great grandparents, Humberto Sr., Gloria Barrera, Juan de Dios Treviño and Ernestina Treviño; aunts, Sonia Y. Gracia and Yalita F. Gracia; uncle, Juan M.
