He is preceded in death by his parents, Gabriel Aguirre and Ofelia Aguirre; daughter, Norma Serna; brother, Raul Aguirre and Heriberto Aguirre.

He is survived by his wife, Bertha Aguirre; sons and daughters, Ofelia Ricoy(David), Gabriel (Luz Maria), Arnulfo Serna, Laura E., Sergio Daniel, Hugo C. (Subelda), Jesus H. (Lorena); grandsons and great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Monday, March 11, 2013, from 3pm–10pm, with a prayer service at 7pm, at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista.

Chapel Service will be held on Tuesday, March 12, 2013, at 2pm, at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista with interment to follow to Buena Vista Burial Park.
