Enriqueta R. Ureste

Enriqueta Reyna Ureste was born in Weslaco, Texas and raised in Brownsville, Texas. Mom graduated from Brownsville High School in 1955. During her high school years she would help her father at their family owned and operated Mobil Gas Station on Ringgold St. In December of 1956 she married and began to raise her family of six children. Mom was a homemaker until all her children were raised. In 1995 she began to work with the B.I.S.D. as a substitute teacher for 13 years. She enjoyed teaching students. Mom enjoyed gardening and shopping for her grandchildren. Mom was a lover of cats. She will be deeply missed by all.

Enriqueta Reyna Ureste is preceded in death by her parents Federico Reyna and Macedonia C. Reyna; her loving husband Erasto T. Ureste; son, Octavio R. Ureste.

Enriqueta Reyna Ureste is survived by her daughters Esmeralda U. (Sergio) Sierra, Elda U. (Jimmie) McDaniel, Blanca E. (Beto Ramirez) Ureste and Elizabeth A. Ureste (Trave) Rhodes; 12 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Monday, May 06, 2013 from 1pm to 9pm at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista, with a Prayer service at 7pm.

A Chapel Service will be held at 10 am on Tuesday, May 07, 2013 at Funeraria Del Angel Followed by a Committal Service to Buena Vista Burial Park.

Serving as pallbearers will be Erasto E. Ureste, Samuel R. Alvarez, Erasto E. Ureste Jr., Erasmo Ureste, Beto Ramirez and Sergio Sierra.
