Mr. Rios served in the United States Air Force as a Sergeant.
Mr. Rios is preceded in death by his daughter, Dianne S. Rios; and his brother, Mark Anthony Rios.
Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Antonio and Irma R. Rios; one sister, Belinda R. Cortez; five children, Mark A. Rodriguez, Toni Marie Rios, David S. Rios Jr., Daniel S. Rios, and Reynaldo Rios; one granddaughter, Sofia Rodriguez; two nephews, Adrian and Anthony; and two nieces, Amanda and Alyssa.
Full military honors will be conducted by the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
