I met Doctor Benedict the 2nd week in May of this year on a scheduled appointment and he was very helpful.  I saw him on two other occasions on my health issues.  He said he was a veteran also having served in the US Air Force in the early 60's and spent some time in the Republic of Viet Nam.  In late July I called him to let him know that my oldest son had a load of fresh produce to give away to the needy.  I provided him with the details on who to call to make arrangements for delivery.  Never had any more contact with him until I sent him several texts via his cell phone.  No response from him so I looked up several numbers which are posted online for his office.  This is when I noticed his obituary posted on his death.  He was still very active when I saw him last.   I know that he helped many veterans suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.  As a veteran I acknowledge the fact that his being a veteran means that we were brothers just like all other veterans.  RIP
