William Bill Grant Holloway 86, entered into eternal rest unexpectedly on Friday, June 2, 2023 in Brownsville, Tx. He was born in Littlefield, Texas April 5, 1937 to his parents, Recy and Carlton Holloway.
Bill was a great person who was loved by many. He worked as a federal corp reporter for Judge Filemon Vela until he retired. Some of his hobbies included going shopping, traveling, fishing, playing golf with Judge Vela and friends, tennis, watching the Dallas Cowboys and Texans, and loved to stroll the beach. He was an amazing chili cook, everyone who came across his chili could not seem to get enough. He was a devoted Christian who loved our Dear Lord Jesus Christ. Bill was an amazing husband, father, grandfather and friend. He will be missed immensely. His memory will live on forever.
Also, preceding Bill in death are his parents, Recy and Carlton Holloway siblings Joanne Porter and Carl Holloway.
Bill is survived by his beloved wife Alicia Holloway, Children; Jason Holloway, Pamela Holloway, Rico Holloway, Vanessa Marie Rodriguez, Vianne Kossman, Victoria and Marcus.
He is also survived by numerous grandchildren.
A visitation will be held on Monday, June 12, 2023 from 3pm - 7pm with a prayer service at 5pm in Chapel of Peace at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista. All services will conclude after the visitation.
