Benjamin Gonzalez, 86, was called by the Lord on Wednesday, December 18, 2013, in Edinburg, TX.
Mr. Gonzalez was born in San Felipe del Progreso, Mexico. He retired from Dix Shipping Company at the Port of Brownsville when he hit 30 years.
Mr. Gonzalez is preceded in death by his loving parents, Rosario Gonzalez and Francisca Posada.
Left behind to treasure the memory of Mr. Gonzalez is his loving wife, Eva Duran; his children, Uriel (Dora) Gonzalez, Eduardo (Norma) Gonzalez, and Elda Reyes; 8 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
