Aurora Z Garza

Aurora Garza, 80 yrs. old, passed away at Valley Baptist Medical Center Harlingen on February 25 surrounded by her family. Preceded in death by her parents Pedro and Maria Zamarripa, sisters Lupe Aguilar and Virginia Zamarripa and her brother Pedro Jr.

She is survived by her former spouse Ramiro Garza. Her children, Fidencio Raul (Liliana), “El Kiro” Jose Antonio (Zulema), Gerardo (Flor), Francisco Javier (+Lupita), Rolando (Paula), her daughter, Belinda Garza and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Her siblings: Margarita Jimenez, Tina Garcia, Rose Mary Salinas, Becky Ruiz, Raul Zamarripa and her twin, Adela Arroyo.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 from 11am to 9pm with a Holy Rosary at 7:00 pm at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista.

A Mass of Resurrection will be held on March 2nd at 1pm Good Shepard Catholic Church at 2645 Tulipan St. Interment will be held at Buena Vista Burial Park. Pallbearers: Joseph Arroyo, David Garza, Jerry Garza, Michael Garza, Eder F. Guerrero, Leroy Melendez, Omar A. Ornelas and Michael Van De Venter.
