Angelita Rivera Guajardo

She was born May 31, 1935 in Brownsville, Texas. She will be greatly missed, but never forgotten. She will always be in our hearts. Angelita also loved gardening, dancing, and spending time with all the family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ferman and Manuela Rivera; her daughter, Irene Guajardo; several sisters and brothers, Cecilia Solis, Dolores Gomez, Lucia Murillo, Consuelo Hernandez, Ferman Rivera, and Andres Rivera.

Angelita is survived by her children, Janie Oliveira(Albert), Jose Angel Guajardo Jr., and Lupita Rosas(Jesse). 10 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren; her sisters and brother, Lupita Sanchez, Marcela Torres, Aurora Palacio, Roberto Rivera, Elida Alvarado, and Danny Barrientos; and numerous cousins, nephews, and nieces.

Visitation will be held from 11am-9pm with a rosary at 7pm at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista on, Tuesday, October 29, 2013.

A mass will be held on October 30, 2013 at Christ the King at 2pm with commital service to follow at RoseLawn Memorial Gardens.

Serving as pallbearers will be, Pablo, Raul, Albert Jr., Michael, Anthony, and Jesse.
