Passed away on April 28,2012, at the age of fourty-seven. He will be greatly missed by his mother Judy O'Brien (late Hugh Fairfax), his brothers Garry (Stephany), Murray (Brenda), Keith (Jennifer), his sister Loryanne (Perry), nephews and nieces, as well as many other relatives and friends.
