Thomas E. Thomsen

THOMSEN, Thomas E., age 93 of Spring Hill passed away Friday, February 21, 2014 at Oak Hill Hospital. Born March 26, 1920 in Kimballton, IA he came to this area in 1984 from Sarasota, FL. He worked for the Civil Service, was a WW II U.S. Navy Veteran and member of the Nativity Lutheran Church in Weeki Wachee.  Survivors include his wife: Lilianne, who he was devoted to for 67 years: sons: Mark of Steamboat Springs, CO and Gary &Wayne, both of Bradenton, FL; daughters: Robin Hazelton of St. Petersburg, FL, Ray Bowen of Lancaster, MA, Susan LaFalce of Louisville, KY & Sonja Thomsen; brothers: Eugene of Iowa & Burdette of California; sisters: Bernice Garber of Arizona & Merle Bacon of Iowa; 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held 2:00pm Thursday, February 27, 2014 at Nativity Lutheran Church of Weeki Wachee.
