Teena Marie Williams

WILLIAMS, Teena Marie, age 50, of Spring Hill, died Tuesday, January 24, 2017, in Houston, Texas.  She was born in Austin, Texas and moved to this area 25 years ago from Garland, Texas.  She was a licensed Optician, loved the outdoors and enjoyed water skiing and boating.  She was Christian by faith.  Teena was predeceased by her beloved husband Michael.  Survivors include her sister and brother-in-law Jeri and William M. Knapp of Houston Texas, sisters-in-law Melody Merritt of Hernando Beach, Florida and Marline Fuller of Brooksville, Florida, many nieces and nephews including Shawn Hooks, Makena Glover, Kendall Campbell, Jessica Knapp, Amanda Knapp, Lavon Merritt, Duane Merritt and her great nephews Michael, Joshua Hooks, William and Emery Glover.  Visitation for friends will be 5–7pm, Friday, February 3, 2017 at the Merritt Funeral Home, Brooksville Chapel, where funeral services will be conducted at 3:00pm, Saturday, February 4, 2017.  Burial will be next to her husband, Michael, at the Brooksville Cemetery.  Teena loved her two babies, Buddy & Minnie, who are currently being fostered at Dream Dachshund.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Dream Dachshund at dreamdachs.org/inMemoryOf.php
