HOOKS, Ross Milton, age 62 of Brooksville died Monday, May 22, 2006 at his home. Born in Bedford, England, he came to this area 8 years ago from Davie, FL. He helped develop course study and classes for certification and licensing in aquatic plant management, founding member of the State of Florida Aquatic Plant Management Society, in the 1960?s was a wildlife officer in Citrus County.
