Richard Edwin Holland

HOLLAND, Richard E., “Rick” age 59, died Thursday, March 3, 2016 at his home. He was born in Dunedin, FL and was a lifelong resident of Brooksville, FL. He was a safety supervisor for Commercial Carrier and a member of St. John’s Episcopal Church. He was an avid bowler, loved fishing and the outdoors and was a NASCAR fan.  He is survived by wife: Sharon Holland of Brooksville, FL; sons & daughters-in-law: Heath & Kim Holland and Darcy & Laura Holland, all of Ft. Myers, FL; daughters & son-in-law: Lynne McCoy and  Diane & Jaime Rodriguez, all of Brooksville, FL; sisters & brother-in-law: Sandra & David Woodall of Luverne, AL and Sherry Davis of Eustis, FL; 16 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. A memorial service will be 2:00pm, Saturday, March 12, 2016 at Merritt Funeral Home, Brooksville Chapel. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to HPH Hospice or American Cancer Society.
