Rebecca Lynn Brock

Brock, Rebecca Lynn, age 43, of Brooksville, Florida passed away Sunday, December 12, 2021, at HPH Hospice Care Center. Rebecca was born September 23, 1978 in Groton, Connecticut to Joseph and Barbara (Grant) Denicola. Rebecca moved to Brooksville five years ago from Orlando, where she worked as a patrol officer, detective, and school resource officer for the City of Maitland, Florida. Rebecca loved crafting spending time with her family, as well as her dogs and cat. She also enjoyed her favorite vacation site, Savannah, Georgia.

Rebecca is preceded in death by her father: Joseph Denicola.

Rebecca is survived by her husband: Austin K. Brock of Brooksville, Florida, Mother: Barbara Denicola of Brooksville, Florida, Sisters & brothers-in-law: Cristie & Roger Zubarik of Orlando, Florida, Katie & John Palacio of Orlando, Florida, niece: Caroline Palacio of Orlando, Florida.

There will be a Memorial service for Rebecca, 2:00pm, Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at the  Merritt Funeral Home Brooksville Chapel.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Orange County Humane Society, 2769 Conroy Rd, Orlando, FL 32839.
