Born in December 1, 1941 in Tampa, Florida, she came to Spring Hill 20 years ago. She was a homemaker, member of the Greater Tampa Showman’s Association and Catholic by faith.
She is preceded in death by her son, Fred Mitchell and her daughter, Patricia Denham. She is survived by her loving husband, Clifford Smith; sons and daughter-in-law, Clifford L. Smith Jr. of Spring Hill, Florida, Michael & Sabrina Denham of Tampa, Florida; daughter, Laurie A. Maize of Victorville, California; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
A Visitation for family and friends will be held from 11:00am-1:00pm, Tuesday, November 26, 2019 at Merritt Funeral Home, Spring Hill Chapel, where Funeral Services will begin at 1:00pm. Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens.
